Event Description
The Emergency Coordinator course at Waco Training Academy is designed to equip individuals with the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to plan, implement, and manage effective emergency response systems within the workplace.
This training focuses on developing competent coordinators who can lead emergency preparedness, response activities, and ensure organisational readiness for a range of potential crises.
Throughout the course, participants will explore key components of emergency coordination including emergency planning, hazard identification, risk assessment, communication strategies, evacuation procedures, roles and responsibilities during an emergency, and post‑incident evaluation. Emphasis is placed on real‑world application and structured response strategies that enhance workplace resilience and protect people, property, and operations.
This programme is ideal for safety officers, supervisors, team leaders, and anyone tasked with emergency response planning or coordination duties.
Upon successful completion, delegates will be better prepared to lead emergency response teams, implement effective emergency plans, and contribute to a safer, more prepared workplace environment.

Payment must be received before course date is booked maximum 15 learners per class with exception of Rope access.
All Public course training will take place at Waco Training Acadamy 181 Barbara Road Elandsfontein premises.
Waco Training Academy holds right of admission- All learners entering the premises will be responsible for their own belongings.
