A. Bookings and Fees

  1. All bookings must be made and confirmed 15 working days prior to the expected training date (Unless a special request was approved by the Academy Manager).
  2. No bookings will be made without full payment and a signed T&C from individual clients or an official purchase order from corporate clients.
  3. Branches/customers must ensure that learners meet all course pre-requisites before sending members for training.
  4. Learners must have the following before they will be allowed on the course:
  • Certified copy of Identity Document.
  • Relevant medical certificate / form.
  • The correct PPE for the relevant course.
  1. An IWH Operating Licence fee will be added for each learner on courses requiring licenses issued by IWH (As per quotation).
  2. Branches booking less than the minimum number of delegates will still be charged the normal daily rates.
  3. Branches will be charged a small amount for travel by the facilitator to and from the site for the duration of the training.
  4. Flight and transport costs are for the branches/clients account unless requested otherwise.
  5. Training conducted over weekends will be charged at an additional fee per day (Contact us for price details).
  6. Lunch is ONLY provided when training is conducted at WACO Training Academy premises.
  7. An additional fee per learner will be charged for all reassessments.
  8. Accommodation of WTA training staff at a suitable Bed and Breakfast will be included in the quotation.
  9. Accommodation for learners attending training at WACO Training Academy’s premises is the responsibility of the branch/client making the booking.
  10. If training is taking place at the branch’s/client’s premises, the facilities and structure required for training must be provided by the branch/client.
  11. Availability of suitable facilities and structure must be confirmed by the branch/client before any scheduling of training will be made.

B. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Short Notice Fees

Additional fees will be charged for changes to the agreed scheduling.
