Terms & Conditions

Booking Procedures
All bookings must be made and confirmed at least 15 working days before the scheduled training date unless a special request has been approved by the Academy Manager.

No bookings will be accepted without full payment and the submission of a signed Terms and Conditions (T&C) agreement from individual clients or an official purchase order from corporate clients. Branches or customers are responsible for ensuring that learners meet all course prerequisites before enrolling them for training.

Learners must possess the following before being permitted to participate in the course:
  • A certified copy of the Identity Document.
  • A relevant medical certificate or form.
  • Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the specific course. An IWH Operating Licence fee will be added for each learner attending courses that require licenses issued by IWH, as outlined in the quotation.

  • Branches booking below the minimum number of delegates will still be charged the standard daily rates.
  • Travel expenses for the facilitator to and from the training site will be charged to the branches.
  • Flight and transport costs are the responsibility of the branches or clients unless specified otherwise.
  • Weekend training incurs an additional daily fee; please contact us for pricing details.
  • Lunch is provided only when training is conducted at the WACO Training Academy premises.
  • A supplemental fee per learner will be applied for all reassessments.
  • Accommodation for WTA training staff at a suitable Bed and Breakfast is included in the quotation.
  • For learners attending training at WACO Training Academy’s premises, accommodation is the responsibility of the booking branch or client.
  • If training occurs at the branch’s or client’s premises, the necessary facilities and structure required for training must be provided by the branch or client.
  • Confirmation of suitable facilities and structures must be obtained from the branch or client before scheduling any training.

Cancellation Period Before Agreed Date
  • 5 Working Days or Less: Total cost of the course.
  • 6-10 Working Days: 50% of the total cost of the course.
  • 11-15 Working Days: 25% of the total cost of the course.

Reschedule Before Course Date
  • 5 Working Days or Less: Full cost of the course.
  • 6-10 Working Days: 25% of the total cost of the course.
  • 11-15 Working Days: No extra fee.

Short Notice Request (5 or less days)
  • 4 or 5 Working Days: 10% administrative fee.
  • 1-3 Working Days: 15% administrative fee.
