Scaffolding Supervisor

The Scaffolding Supervisor course at Waco Training Academy is designed to develop advanced supervisory skills and technical knowledge required to oversee scaffolding operations safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards.
This training equips participants with the competence to plan, coordinate, and manage scaffold construction teams while ensuring a strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Throughout the programme, learners will explore key aspects of scaffold supervision including project planning, resource allocation, scaffold design understanding, risk assessment and mitigation, inspection practices, communication strategies, and leadership principles.
